1. Appointment Cancellations
• Rescheduling:
o You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charges.
o Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee of the session charge.
• Cancellations:
o Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable transaction fees).
o Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered missed, and no refunds will be issued.
3. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that unforeseen emergencies can arise. In such cases, please contact us at [astralconstellations1@gmail.com/9311132091] immediately. Exceptions may be made at Acharya Anuradha Desai's discretion.
4. Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Group Sessions or Special Packages
• For group sessions or bundled services, cancellations will follow the same rules as individual appointments.
• Refunds for partially used packages will be prorated, less a 10% administrative fee.
